South Floridan Doctor, Nurse pleads guilty to multimillion-dollar Medicare Scam

Most discussed story or say scam these days which seems never ending and even which is the question mark to the profession itself . Medicare frauds schemes are now the part of the profession of fraud doctors, who indeed always fool the patients for their personal gains.
This time Medicare crime has evolved from South Florida in which doctor and even the nurses are involved in carrying out the whole episode thus defrauding the patients with $37 million in false and fraudulent claims.
Fraudster Dr. Dr. Fred Dweck confessed referring g 858 Medicare recipients for unusual and unnecessary health care services , which resulted billing of $37 million in false and fraudulent claims .Yudel Cayro who was the owner of the Medical Group in Miami was too involved in
this fraud scheme by taking bribes from the people and even from the owners of the Miami-area home health agencies.
Cayro admitted that about 344 Medicare recipients were referred for such unnecessary services through his clinic, resulting in more than $16 million of fraudulent billing to the Medicare program by home health agencies. Medicare paid about $9.8 million for medically unnecessary home health care and therapy services.
Another flip side reveals that Nurses Teresita Leal, Armando Sanchez, Lissbet Diaz, Marlenys Fernandez and Silvio Ruiz were another crime culprits who worked for ABC home health Care admitted to falsying the patient files for Medicare beneficiaries , which resulted they qualified for home health care agencies.
Every defendant in this scam faces up 10 years in prison for each conspiracy to commit health care fraud count .
